I am surprised to learn that the more I let go, the more I feel in control.

If I want to know how I have been thinking, I simply check my feeling. My feelings are direct bio-feedback on the content of my thought.
The Importance of The Moment
Being in the moment puts me directly in the present, which directly shapes my future.
How Wrong Is Anxiety As a Feeling
I have finally begun to realize that being afraid or feeling anxious does not mean that something is wrong. It is only my body alerting me that I need to bring myself into greater balance.
Taking a Break From Suffering
I can see over and over that taking a conscious breath creates the internal space to quiet the mind and see what’s next. This is true evidence of my own power from inside out to break suffering.
Do Negative Emotions Mean Something Is Wrong
The truth is, I have realized that negative emotions have never meant something bad about me. But my resistance to these emotions ironically tends to reinforce and amplify false perceptions about me. I AM well and strong and wish to release these impressions that hold me back from experiencing who I truly am.
Manifest Naturally
Fear can manifest for all of us at different times. For the most part, I have tended to minimize it when I become conscious of it. I’ll work very hard to keep it out of awareness, particularly by moving it into my head and analyzing it. This seems to enhance the dilemma.
I Am Powerful
I am indeed more far more I might powerful than I ever have believed or understood.
The degree to which I connect positively with myself or not seems to be directly related not only to my own well-being, but also impacts the world around in this same way.
This may have much to do with the true reason why I am walking the face of the earth.
Learning What Isn’t So
I see that it is because my parents and significant others were unintentionally expanding or limiting me.
I saw myself as the center and the cause of how they were being; the cause of how they were being.
I took the feeling of those experiences within me as absolutely accurate.
Positive Intentions
The unswerving, relaxed intuition is a powerful feeling that can be influenced by my thoughts. My thought content can either enhance my intention, or cause it be laid out in unsettling patterns which radically interfere with my intention.
Positive thoughts enhance positive intention. Negative thoughts destabilize intention and push desired intentions away.
More Than a Noble Metaphor
Crossing the bridge seems to be a beautiful metaphor for what is truly available for me and for all.
Yet, it is more than just a noble metaphor; it represents what actually occurs when we begin to experience who we are beyond what is known.
I can see that a critical step in doing this is recognizing that any experience I have is unintentionally sustained by me.
